is your most valuable marketing asset. It is your efficient front office, the face of your brand. It conveniently answers your visitor’s questions and effectively points them to the information or service they seek. Keep your site layout simple with easy navigation. Some current design trends include:

- Intuitive navigation – moving seamlessly to focus on the information the user does want and bypassing what they don’t want
- Eliminate intrusive advertising and popups
- Animated elements to add intrigue – visual interest in motion to grab and hold attention.
- “Scrollytelling” – telling a story visually as the user scrolls, for example with infographics
- Bold colors, no more than three
- Video content

The stream can then be available as a video to potential customers even after the live event.

Unboxing reviews, makeup how-to’s and even OOTD (Outfit of the Day) are all examples of user-generated content. UGC results in 29% higher web conversions than campaigns or websites without it.
